The sky tonight was amazing. I was out at 3am with my camera and tripod in the very cold October temperatures.

Shot on my Sony NEX5 with the 18-55mm @18mm f/3.5 on a 30 second exposure.

I did shoot in colour, but after experimentation I decided that the monochrome look suited this a lot more. I kept all the grain (Apart from the ugly specks of large colour noise and adjusted the levels very slightly.

I’m a simple guy with a complicated mind. Even I have trouble figuring out what is going on inside.
Photography lets me express myself in ways that I love. It allows me to be creative and experiment. I might not be the best but I sure do love when I see my photography working.
