    Thanks Mat, it’s next to the State Library (part of the QV building I think?) stand on the grass out the front facing down Swanston Street and then look up. It’s actually the balconies around the building.

    Swanston St. and noticed it but wasn’t sure as it is quite a bit darker in real life. Thanks for the reply.
