I remember watching my father use this typewriter when I was a kid and marvelling at it as it banged and dinged away. It’s a beautiful masterpiece of craftsmanship and history.

Very nice shot Andew. Gives me a nostalgic feeling. Oh you got the S in focus so you must have been thinking of me when you shot it! haha. Just joking, but it’s a lovely photo and reminds me of visiting my grandmother’s home. Classic shot.

My grandfather used to have one like this that he used as a journalist for the White House, many many many years ago. This is a fantastic capture…excellent macro work with the dof. Love it
