The Wave
I remember watching my father use this typewriter when I was a kid and marvelling at it as it banged and dinged away. It’s a beautiful masterpiece of craftsmanship and history.

I actually learned to type on one of these!! The light is just beautiful Andrew, great idea for a macro. Has a lovely nostalgic feeling about it. Love the purple/blue colour too.

Thanks Sylvia. The old fella is sitting just inside the front door on an old treadle sewing machine (future source of images so stay tuned) so the purple comes from the colour of the glass in the window next to the front door.
