thank you Mandi, I use CS 4. I always process the image in color first. Then I convert to B&W. Then I add a "New Fill Layer – solid color and I choose a dark blue. Then I change the layer’s blend mode to either “Difference” or “Exclusion” and then I adjust the opacity down to taste. Hope this helps!
Wowww seriously only a few days ago I was thinking “hey… didn’t I used to see a blonde woman’s photos all the time and enjoy looking at them… where did she and they go???” and then I saw your photo featured in the people and portraiture group and here you are! And nice photo :o)
