Hey Look!!! I Can Catch Water…
Please view large for full effect…Dinky Duck, the little mallard found on the side of the road with no mum in sight… soon scooped up and adopted by us… Dinky appears to be a happy duckling, growing by the second. I was weeding again today, a never ending job… I refuse to use poison as it is so harmful to all the birds, so each weed is pulled out by hand. I turned the hose on very slowly, so that Dinky could potter with the water. She was so cute playing with the stream of water from the hose. My camera is never far away, so I took the opportunity to take a few shots. This little duckling has so much character, and she is such a joy to have around. She assists with all gardening tasks along with our 3 hens and Brooster the rooster…
