This is a uniquely lovely perennial poppy which grows 2-4 feet tall. It produces beautiful silky, 3-4 inch flowers that shade garden enthusiasts love. Although they are known to grow well in the Pacific Northwest, they are worth a try anywhere Rhododendrons thrive – as the Himalayan Blue Poppy has very similar needs. They need shade, acid soil and cool, humid conditions. A special poppy for experienced shade gardeners and collectors. Seeds may require chilling. These are the most amazing coloured poppy’s, I had never seen them this colour before.
