It looks like the Wax Eye is holding the apple up while the other contemplates eating at its leisure. This capture is a good example of friendship, giving a helping hand even if it is uncomfortable. Brilliant. Aren’t they delightful. I have about thirty or forty of these little sweeties visiting me every day in Invercargill. Too hard to count. And they eat just about anything I put out for them.
