Description: Chocolate cosmos is an herbaceous perennial from Mexico. Dark maroon flowers with velvety petals. Chocolaty scent late in the day. Plants reach about 24 inches high with a modest spread of a foot . Despite the alluring scent, no part of the plant should be ingested.
