My cousin is a fireman with the city of Washington, D.C. I had wanted to do a series of images from the firehouse. He currently works at firehouse that is one three rescue specializing in hazmat. My last visit to DC, in Fall 2009 allowed me to take advantage of photographing some images. This is just one of the pictures. I am grateful for the special opportunity and the hard work these men and women do!
