“Stoned Fruit in Watercolor” ©2013 Amy-Elyse Neer
Original is 6″ × 6″ (15.24 cm x 15.24 cm) Watercolor on Aquabord
The second in the series, Apricot, plum and peach in purple bowl on a windowsill. I’m trying to arrange the composition and lighting of each so they compliment the medium, so this one needed a lot of glowing light, this is the late afternoon sun coming through the west facing window on my studio, the bowl on the windowsill so the fruit catches the light.
The originals in this series are not yet for sale.
The original is currently being shown at The Triton Museums’ Rose Shenson Gallery though out August 2014.
