Rathdowne Tavern 184 Rathdowne St Carlton. The flaking, distressed walls of this landmark pub in Carlton dates back to the late 1800s. Inside is a sophisticated and popular bar/restaurant serving modern Italian meals.

My work embodies an appreciation of the beauty and wonder of life that surrounds me. The images in this gallery portray everyday subjects that captivate me, bring me joy or that strike a nostalgic cord. My art tends to be aesthetic in nature and reflects what I find visually and emotionally stirring. For me photography is a meditative process that awakens my senses, induces a sense of inner calm and allows me to completely lose myself in the present moment.

This looks wonderful Angie, love the tones and all the peeling paint textures on the walls, so much character to the building. Melbourne has so many wonderful areas, I love Carlton and Fitzroy for buildings just like this :))
Great shot and processing Angie.
