This is the same young bull moose that has been on our land for a little more than a year. He is back for a little dinner of Aspen. See the dappled shade from the Aspen tree on his coat. His antlers have grown from buttons to this. Hope I see him later this fall.

Taken west of Victor, Montana, USA.

What a beauty!! He’s so healthy and fit.

  • Boy, oh howdy. He is rotund! Check out his eyelashes, too.

    Beautiful!

  • Thanks Kim. He is a sweet young bull (sweet because he didn’t come after me when I took this photo!).

Haha, I know what you mean…I’ve been chased by a cow moose and two bulls over the years, but I was not close to them on purpose:)

  • Yes, you do know what I mean. So glad you were not hurt. They are huge animals.
