I think now would be a good time as any to start a journal.

firstly my name is Scott im 23 years old and im doing a photography degree at Blackburn college through ELHE, i jumped in at the deep end because iv only been interested in photography for about two years when i first purchased a Nikon d40,

I shoot a D300 now if i shoot digital

While at uni iv done a few journals now nothing like this though the first one was about places and was the hardest because id been out of education a few years working as a computer engineer and had no idea where to start,
second was about objects which was just as difficult because at the time i found it boring and didn’t have any inspiration to get on with it,
the third which im currently doing is the one i thought id hate like really hate being a introverted person photographing people was going to be a nightmare, or so i thought. im quite enjoying it and found out i really enjoy street photography on 35mm film cameras i currently use a Nikon FA with a 50mm F1.8 prime lens.

The next assignment is 2000 words on your favorite photographer so this is the main reason for starting this little journal im trying to develop my writing skills.
