Born on a ship… perhaps that’s where my love of travel began ;-) I’ve actually lived all my life from one vacation to the next, from visiting one wonderful part of the world to my next possibility of doing so. Photographing while travelling is my great passion. My favorite subject is animals of all sorts, since I really love animals. But I actually love shooting anything beautiful and/or special I come along.
I am a self-taught life-long photographer, though I took a course lately. I was a die-hard believer in film cameras, till I bought my first DSLR, Canon Rebel, in 2004 and started going digital. The endless possibilities (as well as the thousands of photos you can make, to choose from) got me hooked. Now I am using a Canon 40D, with the standard EF-S 17-85mm F/4.0-5.6 USM iS lens, the EF 100-400mm F/4.5-5.6 L USM iS tele zoom lens and a EF 100mm F/2.8 USM Macro lens and I just bought a Canon EOS 7D.
