This is the first image in a new series I have begun called the “Meditation Series”. Each painting in this new series will explore a different spiritual principle.
While painting this image I paid very close attention to my breathing as I tried to let the art “happen” without resisting or trying to push and pull the paint. I surrendered to the process and this is the end result.
I hope you enjoy this image and this new series.
