Taken on an autumns evening, this was the first time I had visited this famous rail bridge in Scotland since the removal of all the scaffolding. Its so wonderful to see this bridge free of the scaffolding and after many years of painting it the owners have now said they hope to be completely finished by 2012. They say the life span of the paint is estimated at 25 years, but are hoping more like 40 years. For more of the Forth Rail Bridge please visit my portfolio, thank you.

Welcome to my beautiful world….
Scotland has such beautiful scenery and I try to capture those wonderful scenes along my travels. You will very often find me on the moors or soaking up the atmosphere of one of the many Lochs Scotland has to offer.
I also have a love of flowers and have a selection of fine art florals in my portfolio. Thank you for stopping by and welcome to my world….

Excellent Aj, I love this PoV. Always manage to time it wrong with anchor & tide lol. At least you got the pub there for waiting times lol =D. Love the monochrome. =D
I never even knew the anchor was there Don, was so excited when I saw it there I nearly fell in the water lol. Not a patch on your stuff, but it was nice to get something others have been trying to get for some time lmao…..The pub was good especially when needing the ladies room, as it was so very cold on this day :))))
