Copyright on graffiti is tricky. And I’m not taking about commissioned public murals or even commissioned pseudo-graffiti. Because even then the lines are blurry but at least then we have some legal grounds for one side to stand on. / You can’t prove you have a right copyright on graffiti unless you are willing to do the time/fine for defacing public property.
