Can I just thank redbubble and all the fantastic people, with all their fantastic images, artworks and comments, for renewing my enthusiasm for photography! I just love looking at other peoples work and having them look at mine. I am amazed at the quality of the work out there from everyone, but especially the younger ones! I know I wan’t doing that sort of work in my late teens!
Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to look through my work. I really do appreciate it.
The only thing I am missing out on now is sleep!
Regards,
Anthony :)))

Great to hear Anthony…it does seem that this place has that sort of effect!
I know my sleep patterns have been a tad disturbed since joining this place too! ;)
Keep up the great work mate…

It’s totally obsessive, once your on the site you’re here for at least an hour or more. I think it’s the amount of “different” images, inspiring me to take better “different images.
Thanks to all.
Gordy.

Challenge!!
Why not take less shots, but think more about the shots you are taking.
Pretend you are shooting film. On your journey, limit yourself to 36, or 24, or 12 or even 8 exposures. In “the olden days” this was the norm. It makes you think. If you do this I’m sure your photographic ‘eye’ will explode!
I’m taking less shots now but the resulting images have improved.
Give it a go.
Let me know how you get on.
Gordy.

Trouble is I can’t stop myself!!! It’s so easy with digital, you take it, you like it, you keep it! If you don’t, the delete button is there. It’s just so instant! With film you never really knew what you had till you got the shots back. I will give it a go though Gordy. I’ve got a new toy now so it’s going to be hard, but I’ll try! :)))

You’re very welcome Marilyn. So many talented people out there, just amazing! I’d better go now cause I’m going to be late for work…..again!

Absolutely agree! I’ve started taking a different route to work which is a little more interesting, just so I can get some good shots. I’ve enjoyed entering a couple of competitions here too, which have made me extend my horizons a bit.

too much traffic for me to take another way to work, plus i’m always running late! Am taking my new camera out this weekend so will see what happens.

I’m lucky, I walk to work, so it means I can wander along and stop as often as I like. Instead of walking along a main street, I now go via the waterfront which is actuallyquite relaxing and a good way to start the day.

Half your luck! I could walk if i wanted…....but I’d be even later than usual!
