A line of eight modern, white wind-mills turn, harnessing the power of the wind blowing across the prairies of southern Alberta.

Groups of wind turbines such as this are an increasingly common sight in southern Alberta, usually privately owned and operated, as residents realize the abundant energy available from the steady winds blowing down off the Canadian Rockies.

Captured just north of Magrath, Alberta, Canada.

I am an amateur photographer living in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

I enjoy photographing the wonders of the world around me; whether that means capturing images of animals and wildlife, scenic natural landscapes, or man-made wonders.

I travel all over Canada in pursuit of this passion and my dream is to one day be able to do this full-time.

Thank you for your interest in my work,
Alyce Taylor
