This is an abstract painted to music… listening to the lively version of Street Life sung by Randy Crawford made for a good beginning. I just love mixing squares and circles to make my art… to express the patterns inherent in music and in all of life.

This painting was made using old lipstick, acrylic, watercolor, and ink on the heavyweight 100 lb Bristol Vellum Paper.

I am a mixed-media artist who is equally at home with a wide range of techniques, including printing with commercially available and self-designed stamps, and a multitude of materials, including paint, ink, canvas, clay, paper, fabric, beads, wire, and wood. I’m also a poet, often working intuitively by weaving wisdom and experience into many of my art projects.
