This piece was inspired by a lively and fun conversation I had with my boyfriend about living in a land far away where there would only be love, joy, peace, trust and lots of happiness… our shared fantasy. :)

This is a mixed media painting made from Copic markers, gouache, mica, and sparkling watercolor on rice paper.

I am a mixed-media artist who is equally at home with a wide range of techniques, including printing with commercially available and self-designed stamps, and a multitude of materials, including paint, ink, canvas, clay, paper, fabric, beads, wire, and wood. I’m also a poet, often working intuitively by weaving wisdom and experience into many of my art projects.
