Southwest Holiday - WIP by

OK… I’m back to painting full scale works and decided to practice a bit doodling with my brushes, fingers, household items (anything I could find to make print marks), and bottle tips. Just in case I needed more practice than I imagined, I decided to use walnut ink, alcohol ink and acrylic before dipping back into my more expensive stash of paints. This was just plain ole FUN! My son (in spirit) and I had a mighty fine time today! The session left me smiling…

About Angela L Walker

I am a mixed-media artist who is equally at home with a wide range of techniques, including printing with commercially available and self-designed stamps, and a multitude of materials, including paint, ink, canvas, clay, paper, fabric, beads, wire, and wood. I’m also a poet, often working intuitively by weaving wisdom and experience into many of my art projects.
