Introducing leggings. You’ll never run out of inspiration.

I spent the day painting vibrant colors on rice paper just because i love to see the colors blend together so effortlessly… when I’m done, I’m almost always happy with the abstracts and backgrounds I’ve created… *this one looked like summer to me… full of warmth and the pretty colors the grace us in the warmth of the summer sun…

This is a mixed media painting made with watercolor, metallic inks, and acrylic on rice paper.

I’m an abstract-expressionist painter… a mixed media, encaustic, collage artist who uses a non-objective, emotive style of creative expression and visual messaging. I create to survive, to LIVE with more JOY and less pain. ART (plus faith in God) is what sustains me.

and…THIS one attracted me immediately when I saw the thumbnail; somehow, I just Knew it was yours. Loved reading about your process of painting on the rice paper. Yep, Summer…seems to be an appropriate name.
