This is a scrap piece of paper towel leftover from a painting session. I usually paint atop a stack of deli paper, cotton heavyweight paper towels, and freezer paper so I can eliminate waste. This piece was made using acrylic and ink.
I am a mixed-media artist who is equally at home with a wide range of techniques, including printing with commercially available and self-designed stamps, and a multitude of materials, including paint, ink, canvas, clay, paper, fabric, beads, wire, and wood. I’m also a poet, often working intuitively by weaving wisdom and experience into many of my art projects.
