grace noun \ˈgrās\
A good friend (she knows who she is) once pulled me aside, after I’d stood up in a meeting and passionately delivered my opposing view on a very touchy subject, and said, “Angela, grow in grace sweetheart!” She went on to say I was right in the point I was trying to make, but if I wasn’t careful I’d feed the opposing view instead of gaining allies and making the necessary progress we were trying to achieve. Wow! That was some of the best unsolicited advice I’d ever received… it helped me become very successful in making change happen before I finally retired in 2007.
Growing in GRACE is a lifelong journey!
