The Buzzcocks are an Old School Punk band that are still rockin’ to the delight of their long time fans.

When my friend visited me from Australia in June of 2010, we took her to see The Buzzcocks at teh Club Nokia in Los Angeles. She is a HUGE fan of the band from her younger days in London and the show was a surprise birthday present.

We arrived early enough to get right up in the very front on the stage, and my friend was absolutely THRILLED! I was big on the American Punk bands of the day such as the Ramones, Blondie, Fear, Black Flag, X, etc. SHE was into the British Punk bands of the day: Buzzcocks, The Clash, The Sex Pistols, The Jam, etc.

AH!! Flaming youth!

The show was outstanding. I had never seen them before, but I remember them fondly from the heyday of Punk. I had one HUGE album colection. Still do.
