This little beauty, all dolled up for the 4th of July, warped from the past to get into its appointed spot in preparation to show off for the thousands of attendees of the annual parade in my home town of Claremont, California.

It wasn’t going very fast, but fast enough for me to have to follow along with the camera, resulting in a cool blur.

I didn’t catch the model, but it HAS to be from the 1940’s. Any further help in ID would be appreciated.

Cool capture Ron! Im guessing early 40’s. Ive seen several late 40’s none with that type grill work or fenders. perhaps a late 30’s model. I dont know just has that look kind of like 38 chevy..

  • Thanks, Brian! I’ll research the ’38 and see if it is indeed!
