The Sky
The sky was darker than dark could ever hope to be,
But in it’s depths a thousand stars flared and burned and raced from here to eternity.
They flew,
They soared,
Shining hues no mortal men,
Before had ever seen.
They crashed and burned and melted away.
This was the background in the distance,
That gave birth to a love unlike any have ever seen.
