Contemptuous on the left, self-righteous on the right.
I was in the city on the weekend and walking down the street with my husband when I heard the screech of brakes and yelling.
The guy in the middle was in a 4 wheel drive and yelling at the taxi driver. The driver was yelling back as he parked in the taxi rank in the centre of the road.
The middle guy jumped out of his car and advanced threateningly to the taxi driver.
He was yelling in his face and just after this pic was taken he spat at the cabbie.
Three other cabbies jumped in and held the taxi driver back from jumping on the spitting creep as he got back into his car and drove away.
I took about 20 photos from the start to the finish including scum bag driving away so I could get his number plate in case any police got called. (Spitting on someone is classed as assault in Australia.)
Melbourne taxi drivers can really make your blood boil at times but there is no excuse for this behaviour!
IN THE MEANWHILE my husband is saying to me ‘what the hell are you doing, you can’t do this’… which of course I ignored LOL.
Afterwards he asked ‘what if you do this when I’m not there?’. I actually think it makes it MORE dangerous with him there because if a guy got mad at me he would be more like to tackle my husband. :)
Anyway… I find when you have a camera in front of your face you tend to forget everything else and just focus in on taking the shot… and that includes whether it be spitting men or crouching under large animals to get that great POV lololol.
