‘Seeing not looking’ is the mantra for my photography. As half of a retired couple our photography involves us in expeditions to fascinating places, exercise walking to sites and the joy of seeing all the wonderful places, creatures and plants which surround us. We then return home to our study and our separate computers and the excitement of seeing our images and manipulating them in Photoshop, thus keeping our brains active. Our social life is based around the local photographic clubs, thus creating a new, likeminded group of friends. All in all photography has extended me in every aspect, physically and mentally and I am now branching out into the wider world of Redbubble. Who said 71 was old!! Another birthday, another year of getting younger!!
I am very grateful for all who have expressed understanding of my confusion and thanks to all the wonderful people who helped me to a place where I can now use and understand the new set up. However, try as I might, I cannot locate my watchlist. Any suggestions?? / Alma x
Opened up this morning to a bewildering new set up on bubble. It is beautifully designed as a showcase and sales pitch but nowhere does it tell me how to access my site. Please help. / Alma
Thank you so much to the person who has bought a copy of my image of the puffins. It is my first print sale on red bubble, having previously sold cards only. I am delighted and I hope that the purchaser enjoys it, thank you again. Alma
We are leaving for a few days break tomorrow. We are off to the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Coast culminating in a visit to Sue Nichols exhibition in Staithes on Saturday. She, Nigel and I will be meeting for the first time so I am really looking forward to that. If I don’t comment on any of your work you will understand, not forgotten you just not here!! / Kindest regards /…
