I also live here:
I recently graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon. I now have a B.A. in psychology and my career focus is to investigate the potential benefits of the mandala form as expressed through art therapy. I am also a self-taught artist. I work in traditional and digital mediums.
Most of my art comes from the back of my mind and a good part of it has been born out of difficult times in my life.
My meditative process has allowed me to cultivate a highly productive relationship with my unconscious. I have always felt that my paintings were messages much like dreams with a language that is highly symbolic.
My intensive study of Carl Jung has helped me to expand my ideas of symbolism and has introduced me to the concept of the collective unconscious. These thoughts have led me to see the universality of our existence and the great connection that we all have.
I find it very exciting to be a part of redbubble and to observe the unique diversity within these connections. Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my work :-)
Merry Christmas Wishes to all Red Bubblers… I’ll be back in a couple of days – We’re going to the Oregon Coast =) / Allison

Every time I get half way around a shape I somehow click twice and the lasso connects before I finish the edge. My question is this: is there any way to undo the lasso short of deselecting and starting over again. I am getting rather frustrated over the whole thing – it makes me not want to us…
Former Alaskan Senator Mike Gravel is a long shot in the United States presidential race, but I do admire his campaign and his “no bull” attitude. The guy has class, he’s honest and he’s a real person. He has used the internet to campaign with very little money and continues to stir up the dust. / Here is a link to his latest campaign music video: / Power To The People Vs.…
