Two types that flew countless hours on patrol along our coastlines with the RAAF, the World War Two Hudson Light Patrol Bomber flown by the Temora Aviation Museum and the P2V-7 Neptune A89-27 flown by the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society flying in pair at the 2011 Avalon International Airshow
Thanks Spencer, it was too good a chance to miss! When I started tracking them, I realized that they were in formation, the head on shots didn’t work out, but with the frame rate of the 50D I fired off a few good bursts, and this was the end result!

Thanks Woodie, figured you might like this one! Did you have much to do with Neptunes during your RAF service?
