The Beach by Alixzandra
This is a photograph I took on Hove Beach, I then rotated 90 degrees. I wanted a perspective abstract look and composed the shot so the layer of textures were of equal depth, walkway, beach, sea & sky. Only a very slight contrast in post editing, nothing more.

I like the concept but agree with Paul above that the landscape view is more satisfying to me to view.
Added the Landscape original to the right Marguerite. when I took it, I knew I wanted to rotate it to make an ordinary beach shot, become alittle bit more unique and have my Take on it in an abstract way Thanks for your feedback, appreciated.

Well that was what I intended When I took this photograph. The layers seemed so perfect and I wanted to do something different with a landscape of a beach..just put an Alix twist on it to make it unique. Thanks for coming back for a second look. Appreciated :)

I love the abstract effect the rotation brings. Had to really look at it. Love the nearly evenly spaced ‘lines’. Great idea!
