I really like the ghost-like reflections you captured in this shot. Does playing with contrast help them to be more visible?
Hi Natasha, thanks for commenting. The tiles were ceramic pottery with a gloss varnish (from what I could see closeup) So the natural light hit certain parts of the wall more in places than others and showed the different natural hues of the pottery. I think the ghost like reflectiveness were the parts most hit with sunlight..when i slightly darkened the contrast on the picture those different parts of the wall showed it in another light entirely. I think the gloss on the ceramic may also have played a part! I took this on a not brilliantly sunny day..So will revisit the spot when the sun really comes into play and see what happens! Hope that help explain it!
