It's been a while... by

Well just letting you all know I am still around on Redbubble and I do try and check up on people’s work it always helps me to get motivated and get out taking more shots of my own. This was one of my first plays with my new Lee Big stopper which I have had posession of for a while but have never got around to using. It leaves quite a blue cast but I find it can be corrected pretty easily, would be curious to know other people’s thoughts if they have used this filter. I find all their other ND filters fantastic to work with especially when stacking more than one.

Settings

  1. Canon 5D mk II, 17-240mm L series. FL: 17 mm
  2. 200 seconds @ f7.1, ISO 100
  3. Lee 0.9 Hard ND Graduated Filter, Lee Big Stopper
  4. Adobe Lightroom 3

About Alistair Wilson

Photography for me is an outlet, a way I can express myself through images rather than words. I look at the subjects I shoot from every possible angle that I can imagine and with the right light, the vision in my head becomes a reality. My passion for it began after high school and over the past several years it has become my release, my way of seeing from a different perspective..
