Have tried a few times over the past few weeks to get a shot like this in the Dandenongs. There has always been fog in the valleys behind but not necessarily in the hills. I took this shot a lot later in the morning than imagined I would on the backside of the Dandenongs, Victoria, Australia. The sun’s rays just burst through a top layer of fog above me and luckily it lasted long enough for me to get a shot.
