Photography for me is an outlet, a way I can express myself through images rather than words. I look at the subjects I shoot from every possible angle that I can imagine and with the right light, the vision in my head becomes a reality. My passion for it began after high school and over the past several years it has become my release, my way of seeing from a different perspective..

Stunning shot mate, love the depth. And the swirl around the foreground rock gives an interesting touch.

Gorgeous the swirl around the rock is awesome. btw what is a ND8 filter?

  • Thanks Lindsay :D an ND8 graduated filter is basically a filter you put in front of the camera that is dark at the top and clear at the bottom so you get a better exposure of the sky without it being blown out – an ND4 is equivalent to i think 2 stops of light and an ND8 is stronger around 3 stops down
