Ricketts Point Sunset

Ricketts Point Sunset

Went down to Ricketts Point at sunset and was given a pretty good show shortly after the sun went over the horizon, how can that happen the sun doesn’t move? It got pretty windy and my remote decided to stop working but it was worth the 10 second wait for the self timer :)

Taken with a Canon 400D and polariser as well as an ND4 grad filter, worked on in Adobe Lightroom 2.

this is great alistair – do you find that filters do most of this colouring or do you work it PP?

  • Alistair Wilson replied

filters help a lot with colour and getting a good exposure but i always have a play around in lightroom!
