Not great ! but still trying ,down to 8 milligrams and only buy 3 pks a week so the struggle continues for me

I haven’t had a fag for 2 weeks, you just have to go cold turkey. I smoked between 15 and 20 cigs a day for 38 years – it isn’t the nicotene, but rather the habits that come with smoking that are harder to overcome.

As long as I am busy busy I am ok ,but I am worried about an upcoming court case too so my brain is going ten to the dozen,thinking how I can prove my innocence and I cant afford a Lawyer so I am having to put the defense case together myself ,Im up against a multi million dollar company ,....I know ….I cant use that as an excuse so I will stick at it …until I quit .cold turkey is not yet for me though…..

Why can’t you get legal aid Amanda ? The festival is on tonight ? I know I’m going to the bike racing tomorrow – don’t know if I’ll take the camera yet.
