Alison Howson

Based on the NSW South Coast, I paint in acrylic and encaustic, and draw with pencil, charcoal, ink and wax…. I also love photography. (It started as a means of gathering source material for my paintings, but has become a joy in itself.)

For my photography is am currently using:
Pentax K20D body, with Pentax 18-250mm and Sigma 10-20mm lenses.

I also have two other lenses that I haven’t really used yet: – Tamron 90mm 1:2.8 macro, and a Pentax-A :1.7 50mm
