For eons the planet as being mined for precious metals, in fact the Earth was starting to look like Swiss cheese, and the costs of sending miners down and back to even greater depths were astronomical.

So in the 34th century what we were told was the Earths centre was reached, they didn’t find as E.R. Burroughs would have us believe, Pellucidar, a world within a world, what was found, was a city built from gems cut from the very rock of the cavern wherein it lay.

When one sees it for the first time or even on vids/pics, a city is what the brain tells you, but in reality it is millions of crystal cubes, a huge stock pile waiting for who knows what.

And beyond is molten lava of the core, held back by some kind of alien forcefield, the beings exploring the caverns are hoping to find a transporter of some kind which will take them to………………!!!

Now the talk is that these same blocks will be hollowed out to make a city to be used as a base of operations for the two major mining companies on Earth.
