*The first thing visitors to Rampass Meridian ask is,
" Is the moon always there! and the answer is always “yes” it is a constant in the sky, both day & night.
After all this moon is ours,we take it with us where ever we travel in the universe.
Visitors have a had time getting around the fact that our planet and moon travel together, that we really leave our home system and visit thousands of planets.
We are after all the first of the Planets in Flight.

It is passed down that the idea was born millennia ago on the mythical planet Earth ( may she float in mystery forever). It is said that Earth is where the cities in flight began, we all know of the thousands of floating cities across the cosmos.
And the thinking was if cities can fly, why not planets.

Rampass Meridian was the great experiment,and it was a momentous occurrence in not only human history, but the history of the Milky Way Galaxy.

And for two reasons.

After the idea became an actuality it was going to be hard to get 157 million beings to leave the planet.
So after 7 years of argument and ideas and more argument, the dust settled.
And not only did we become the first traveling planet, but 157 million beings voted to stay on the planet, and see what happened.
Thats right’ no being left, not one.But everyone voted to take the moon with us.
If it hadn’t worked, well I wouldn’t be writing this story
But it did work!. And other planets will follow.
