*The Meridian Explorer is a robotic deep space ship, it is leaving Earth in search of “Heaven”.

Having adapted selected humans to interconnect with a robotic body,and enhancing the human brain.

There are 46 of these explorer vessels, each manned by 45 Huborgs human/cyborgs.

Each ship is installed with a Window to the Future.

After Earth fell into decay with the leaving of all the human population, the robots were left to their own resourses and despite this managed to evolve and begin to think for themselves.

The idea formed to look beyond Earth for their makers.
As their leader, Delcan 6 said" The maker told us we will find them in a place called “Heaven:”!
