Running the Vortex
In the Tarantula Nebula, there is a planet just outside the orbit of the gas giant “Talon”.The planet is known by surfers across the Galaxy as “Surfer-girl’s Dream” discovered by a young lady who surfed it alone for many years before opening it up to other surfers. When Talon rises the tides are huge, waves have being measured exceeding 120 meters,a long pipe run can last for up to 5 hours,so pack a lunch.
Here we see the lady herself surfing what she named the “Vortex”.

this really takes me somewhere else! luv big waves, and that one’s a beauty!
AlienVisitor, about 1 year ago
Well Vansk, you really have to see the waves on “Ever’s Pipe” to know their beauty.
I’m glad you got the rush.

Very cool. Imagine the tides and the waves you would get with Talon’s talons tugging away…120 metres high, never mind the length :)
AlienVisitor, about 1 year ago
Glad you liked this Tom,i have a thing for surfing, but have never done it.

I see the use of the smudge and some of the other things you have done to create this. And I didn’t feel less because you did not tell me so. This is the exact “magic” I meant. This is great!
