"Let It Be"
Soft pastel on Kitty Wallis sanded paper. From “The White Album” series, based on Beatles tunes and a theme of coming of age. My eldest son is the model. He always had that “mop top” look and I couldn’t resist painting him in his Let It Be t.
I also think he has an almost saintly glow in this work, appropriate to the tune.
