Committed to Float Freely
Spiritually I’m flighty
committed to float freely
to waver and to hover
to be fleeting
transient
drifting.
For though meaning
may be luring
and truth
may well be light
the Seemingness of Knowing
the Decision of Believing
might put shutters on my eyes
and screen out stunning sights.

I relate to what you write and am very similar in my approach to life, spirituality, and being.
It amazes me how many other women seem to also adopt a heart led spirituality rather than a rules and dogma led one. (Probably men too, but I know more women.)

something to think about…
I often see the truth/religious beliefs etc like the faces of a diamond with many sides – each side is true and exists, but not to the exclusion of the other sides. (Or is this just my wishful thinking for peace!)
