New York City Based Designers and Professionals Coming Together to Stimulate
the Economy and to Raise Funds for The Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation
(CCBF)
New York, NY, Sept 9, 2009 – New York City based aspiring designers and
professionals will be coming together on October 14th, 2009 to produce a sample
sale / cocktail / charity event.
Over 15 of the hottest up and coming local based designers and professionals in
the beauty/fashion industry collaborated and put together a shopping event
where attendees will get to mingle, sip cocktails, munch on delicious hors
d’oeuvres, enjoy lounge music and more importantly, shop at discounted prices.
The participating vendors include clothing designers, beauty and skin care
providers, jewelry and accessory designers, denim wear designers, photographer,
artist, DJ’s and children’s entertainer’s featured on Noggin a children’s T.V.
network.
In addition to being able to shop at discounted rates, anyone who makes a
purchase will also get a chance to enter a raffle drawing and win a grand prize
worth over $500. Separate raffle tickets will also be sold and drawn and 100% of
the proceeds will go toward The Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation (CCBF).
This event is free for all (RSVP required to get into the event, no exceptions) and
it will be held at the chic BoConcept SoHo location at 69 Greene Street (between
Spring Street and Prince Street) on Wednesday, October 14th, 2009 from 4:30pm
to 9pm.
