wow…isn’t just amazing to see something this TINY in this world? i was reading an article recently…at one time? mushrooms grew around 15 feet in height…taller then the trees of that time…which were only about 2 feet!
LOVE that you used your friends for background assistance. :o)

Thanks Carla, just that she was wearing the right coloured top, and someone had to be holding it up for me to take the shot. LOL

Fantastic find. They look so fragile. Great idea to add the jumper in the background. For focus and to let the fungi stand out.

Thank you Esther.. l’ve always loved fungi, unfortunately the weather here has been too hot in recent years, and it’s difficult to find them before they dry

We have had such a wet winter , that I was getting very sick of it. We were fungi hunting in the rain a lot this year. Tasmania had the wettest winter in over 50 years. Maybe next Autumn you will have more luck, look forward seeing what you will find ;o))

And here am l thinking Tasmania was in the middle of a drought, you can certainly get things wrong! Do you eat the ones you find or only take photos of them?
