A common thread in my life and in my art has been a deep need to seek the beauty in all things, inner and outer. My work becomes a place where I can find, express and share a sense of the benevolence and the mystery available to us.
I seek to bring to the emotional surface a feeling of stillness, of the peace that comes from the beauty of nature combined with the depth of feeling and mystery of the feminine essence.
I find in every woman I work with something original and unique that translates as the work progresses, into something universal that speaks to our desire, to our need, for beauty and for peace. My desire is that there be a sense of connecting with a more mythical, more elemental reality where the sacred is experienced as the truer world.
